• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns via Google Analytics and PostHog — collected only if you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner
• Device information: browser type, operating system, and screen size
• Session replays: recordings of how you navigate the site (pages, clicks, and scrolling) via PostHog, used to diagnose bugs and improve usability — collected only if you accept analytics cookies. Anything you type is masked and never recorded.

• Resend for transactional email (sign-in links and alert emails)
• Google Analytics and PostHog for usage analytics — loaded only if you accept analytics cookies
• Google for optional "Sign in with Google" authentication

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. To delete your account, contact us at [email protected]; we will remove your personal information within 30 days of your request, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., payment records for tax compliance).
