- Workspace data: if you use account features, the bills you track, positions you record, and notes you write

- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns via Google Analytics and PostHog — collected only if you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner
- Device information: browser type, operating system, and screen size
3. How We Use Your Information

- To improve the Service based on usage patterns

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in. We never disclose, sell, or expose which bills a user or organization is tracking, or the positions and notes they record — this information is visible only within your own account or organization.

- DigitalOcean for hosting (servers located in the United States)
- Cloudflare for content delivery and security
- Resend for transactional email (sign-in links and alert emails)
- Google Analytics and PostHog for usage analytics — loaded only if you accept analytics cookies
- Googlefor optional "Sign in with Google" authentication
Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., payment records for tax compliance).
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwordless authentication with single-use sign-in links, secure session tokens, and daily backups. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management — these are required for sign-in to work and do not require consent. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics and PostHog) are used only if you accept them in the consent banner. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer.
