The Appraiser Certification Program is making changes and amending to administrative rules.

Amends a number of rules to comply with federal requirements for the Appraiser Certification Program, amends the grounds for disciplinary actions, adds to the disciplinary actions that the Program can take against a licensee, increases certain fees in order for the Program to stay solvent, and makes other clarification amendments.
