Proposed Revisions to South Dakota Administrative Rules (ARSD): 20:08:07:01, 20:08:07:02, 20:08:07:03, 20:08:07:03.01, 20:08:07:25, 20:08:07:27, 20:08:07:29 and 20:08:07:30

On December 9, 2010, forms regarding our notice filing rules were repealed, however the applicable appendices in our notice filing rules were never deleted. The South Dakota Department of Labor & Regulation, Division of Securities is proposing deleting these now non-applicable citations of Appendices A, B, C, E, F G. On May 2, 2016, Standard & Poor’s Financial Services, LLC (“Standard & Poor’s”), the publisher of the Standard & Poor’s Corporation Descriptions, a nationally recognized securities manual, officially notified the South Dakota Department of Labor & Regulation that it is discontinuing the production of the above manual. The South Dakota Department of Labor & Regulation, Division of Securities is proposing deleting that recognition in ARSD 20:08:07:30
