70:01:02:44 – A 40 mph speed zone is being replaced with a 55 mph speed zone on U.S. Highway 18 over Interstate Highway 29 at Exit 62. This change is supported by the results of a speed study, which indicate an increased speed limit is consistent with the safe and efficient function of the highway.
