Highway project loans for local governments

The Department is adopting administrative rules to establish procedures for the application and approval of loans to local government highway jurisdictions for the marking, constructing, reconstructing, repairing, and maintenance of highways and bridges of the state. The purpose of the proposed rules is to provide a clear process for assisting local governments with the financing of public highway and bridge improvements.
