Updates to the administrative rules of the South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation, Appraiser Certification Program.

These rules will require applicants for an initial appraiser credential, a renewing credentialed appraiser, a supervisory appraiser, and an appraisal management company registration to provide the Department an email address and eliminate the requirement for a notarized affidavit or irrevocable Uniform Consent to Service of Process form.
