Amendment of proposed Administrative Rules of South Dakota numbered §§ 74:05:05:16, 74:05:05:17, 74:05:05:18, 74:05:05:19, 74:05:05:20, 74:05:05:21, and 74:05:05:21.01

The effect of the rules will be to redistrict the director areas of seven water development districts. The reason for amending the rules is to reflect the changes of district director areas due to the 2020 Census.
