Department of Human Services proposed revision to the enrollment requirements in 46:11:02:05.01 to allow out of state providers to become South Dakota providers.

This change removes a barrier to individuals wanting to receive out of state services by allowing an out of state provider to meet the requirements to become a South Dakota provider.
