41:06:42:02. Number of licenses. Ten Each season, no more than fifteen trophy bull bison
licenses are available may be issued by lottery, with two trophy bull bison no less than sixty
percent of the licenses to be issued allocated to residents in a first draw.

trophy bull bison licenses are available may be issued by lottery, with seven non-trophy bull
bison no less than sixty percent of the licenses to be issued allocated to residents in a first draw.
No cow bison licenses may be issued.
