1 41:06:44:02. Number and type of licenses available. An unlimited number of antlerless
deer and antlerless whitetail deer licenses may be issued for the apprentice hunter deer hunting
season. An apprentice hunter is limited to one antlerless deer or antlerless whitetail deer license
for areas open to the apprentice hunter deer hunting season. The following describes the open
units:
(1) Unit APD-03: West River Units 02A, 15A, 15B, 31A, 35A, 35C, 35L, 49A, 49B, 53A,
53C, and 64A, as described in § 41:06:20:02. Only a single tag any antlerless deer license is valid
in this unit; and
(2) Unit APD-13: That portion of the state not included in Unit APD-03 and excluding East
River Units 07A, 07B, 08A, 12A, 12B, 19A, 34A, 37A, 44A, 61A, and 62A, as described in §
41:06:21:02. Only a single tag antlerless whitetail deer license is valid in this unit.

§ 41:06:21:02. Only a single tag “antlerless whitetail deer" antlerless whitetail deer license is valid
in this unit.
