in Union County:
(1) Interstate Highway 29 Business Loop beginning 0.1 mile south of the centerline of
Interstate Highway 29 at Exit 15, then northwesterly for 1.28 1.3 miles, thirty-five miles per hour;
then northwesterly through Elk Point for 0.94 0.9 mile, twenty-five miles per hour; then
northwesterly for 0.61 0.6 mile, thirty-five miles per hour;
(2) State Trunk Highway 11 beginning 0.2 mile north of the intersection with Union County
Highway 13, then north 0.3 mile, forty-five miles per hour; then north 0.6 mile, thirty miles per
hour; then north 0.3 mile, forty-five miles per hour;
(3) The Elk Point Port of Entry port of entry by-pass road beginning 0.36 0.2 mile north of
the beginning of the main by-pass this road at northbound Interstate 29 mile post 12.67 mileage
reference marker 12.77, then northwesterly for 0.70 0.9 mile, thirty-five miles per hour; and the
Elk Point Port of Entry scale port of entry weigh station road beginning 0.71 mile north of the
beginning of the main by-pass at northbound Interstate 29 mile post 12.67 at its south connection
with the port of entry by-pass road, then northwesterly for 0.35 0.4 mile, twenty fifteen miles per
hour;
(4) The crossroad over Interstate Highway 29 at Exit 38 beginning at a point 0.2 mile west
of the centerline of Interstate Highway 29, then east 0.4 mile, thirty miles per hour;
(5) State Trunk Highway 11 beginning at its intersection with Franklin Street in Elk Point,
then northwesterly 0.06 0.1 mile, twenty-five miles per hour; then northwesterly and north 0.38
0.4 mile, forty miles per hour;
2 (6) State Trunk Highway 50 beginning at the Clay County line, then east to a point 0.6 mile
west of the centerline of Interstate 29, seventy miles per hour; then east for 0.2 mile, sixty miles
per hour; then east-southeasterly for 0.96 one mile, forty-five miles per hour;
(7) State Trunk Highway 105 beginning at a point 0.06 mile west of the west ramps of
Interstate 29 at Exit 2, then east and northwesterly 1.99 miles through North Sioux City, thirty
miles per hour; then northwesterly for 0.3 mile, forty-five miles per hour; then northwesterly 5.09
miles, fifty-five miles per hour; then northwesterly for 0.2 mile, forty-five miles per hour; then
northwesterly for 0.8 mile through Jefferson, twenty-five miles per hour; then west for 0.14 mile
to the west ramps of Interstate Highway 29 at Exit 9, forty-five miles per hour. The underpass
under Interstate Highway 29 at Exit 2 beginning at a point 200 feet west of the west ramps of
Interstate 29, then easterly 800 feet, thirty miles per hour;
(8) The crossroad at a point 0.1 mile west of the west ramps of Interstate 29 at Exit 9, then
easterly 0.3 mile, forty-five miles per hour;
(9) The crossroad over Interstate 29 at Exit 1 beginning on Sioux Point Road at its
intersection with Courtyard Drive, then northwesterly to the intersection with Dakota Dunes
Boulevard, then northeasterly on Dakota Dunes Boulevard to the intersection with Cottonwood
Lane and Stevens Port Drive, thirty-five miles per hour;
(10) Highway 29P beginning at its northwest limits where it connects with Northshore
Drive, then southeasterly to its intersection with Streeter Drive, 25 miles per hour, then east to the
east limits of State Highway 29P at its intersection with Union County Highway 1B (also known
as Old Highway 105), 35 miles per hour; and
(11) State Trunk Highway 46 beginning 0.5 mile west of the centerline of Interstate
Highway 29, then east for 0.3 mile, forty-five miles per hour; then east for 0.7 mile, thirty-five
3 miles per hour; then east for one mile through Beresford to East 13th Street (also known as 472nd
Avenue), thirty miles per hour; then east for 0.3 mile, forty-five miles per hour.
