02:01:06:14Dismissal.

The executive secretary of the Law Enforcement Officers Standards and Training Commission may dismiss from the school any person who violates any restriction or regulation established by the executive secretary to administer or maintain order during the basic training course. The executive secretary may dismiss any person who engages in conduct that would be grounds for revocation or suspension of certification if the person was certified. The executive secretary may dismiss from the school any person who fails to meet academic or skills proficiency standards outlined in the student handbook.
