Rulemaking activity
A reserve officer shall work under the direct supervision of a certified law enforcement officer, unless the reserve officer is certified pursuant to chapter 2:01:02, or has at least 320 hours of training and experience as a reserve officer and is authorized by the chief officer to work independently.
