for certification as an accelerant detection canine team. An accelerant detection canine team may be certified only upon: (1) Successful completion of a training program that is approved and administered by the BATF for Accelerant Detection Canine Certification; and (2) Certification by the BATF as a certified Accelerant Detection Canine Team.
