The executive secretary may enforce restrictions and rules of internal management as necessary to maintain the orderly instruction of individuals and efficient operation of the use of force training course. Individuals must comply with such restrictions and rules as set forth by the executive secretary in the basic training course student handbook, or such other specific directives as the executive secretary may issue.
