02:05:03:08Consent to decertification.

A certified 911 telecommunicator who is subject to an investigation or pending action involving allegations of misconduct may consent to decertification. A certified 911 telecommunicator who consents to decertification may, after one year, apply to the commission for reinstatement of certification.
