03:05:03:04Out-of-state authorization required.

Every out-of-state travel voucher of every employee shall be supported by a copy of a travel authorization signed by the Governor or his designee. If a travel authorization has been filed or attached to a previous voucher, reference thereto shall be deemed sufficient to meet the requirements of this rule.
