the term of lease. The lessee shall have the right to continue drilling a well to completion with reasonable diligence and dispatch if the lessee begins to drill that well within the term of the lease or an extension thereof. If oil or gas is found in paying quantities, the lease shall be in force as if the well had been completed within the term of the lease or its extension.
