If an employee leaves the employ of the state following a move, the employee must repay the state a portion of the relocation allowance as provided in the table below, unless the employee was unable to continue due to illness or injury or was dismissed. 6 months or less 100% Greater than 6 months to 12 months 75% Greater than 12 months to 18 months 50% Greater than 18 months to 24 months 25% Greater than 24 months 0%
