The petition for establishing or eliminating school board representation areas shall be in the following form: PETITION FOR (ESTABLISHING, ELIMINATING) SCHOOL BOARD REPRESENTATION AREAS WE, THE UNDERSIGNED qualified voters of the _________________ School District No. ____, petition that the question of (establishing, eliminating) school board representation areas be submitted to the voters of this school district for their approval or rejection pursuant to SDCL 13-8-3. The balance of this petition form is as prescribed in § 5:02:08:00.03.
