When a voted ballot is returned to the county auditor by an authorized messenger, the auditor's receipt for that absentee ballot must be in the following form: RECEIPT FOR ABSENTEE BALLOT RETURNED BY AUTHORIZED MESSENGER I acknowledge receipt of the absentee ballot voted by _____________________ whose voting precinct is ____________ and whose permanent residence is _____________________________. I received this absentee ballot from _____________________ (authorized messenger). Signed on this _____ day of _______________, 20____. ______________________________ (Signature) Person in Charge of the Election
