The duplicate tally sheet and official vote count shall be placed in a duplicate tally sheet envelope. The sealed envelope and its contents shall not be placed in the ballot box and shall be returned to the person in charge of the election. The duplicate tally sheet envelope must be in the following form: DUPLICATE TALLY SHEET AND OFFICIAL VOTE COUNT ________________PRECINCT TO: COUNTY AUDITOR ______________________________ SOUTH DAKOTA DO NOT PUT THIS IN BALLOT BOX
