lobbyist registration fee. Upon payment of the lobbyist registration fee, pursuant to § 5:04:07:01 the secretary of state shall provide a lobbyist badge. If the badge needs to be replaced, an additional fee for lobbyist registration of $5.00 may be charged for each occurrence.
