10:06:01:03Inability to recycle or dispose of waste.

If an agency is unable to recycle or dispose of the waste material by one of the methods specified in the applicable section, except for §§ 10:06:01:04 and 10:06:01:05, the agency shall contact the Bureau of Human Resources and Administration for assistance.
