12:03:03:09Request for extension or modification of terms of loan.

A district may file a written request for an extension or modification of the terms of a loan from the revolving fund with the commission. The request must contain the information required by subdivision 12:03:03:02(3) and (5) to (12), inclusive and a statement of the reason for the request.
