12:03:05:24Revision of incomplete projects.

The division director may act on behalf of the commission to make minor changes in a district's grant project work plan, including extension of expiration date, transfer of funds within the project, and additional practices. These revisions may not change the fundamental scope of the project. A request for increased funding must be submitted to the commission as required by § 12:03:05:05. The commission may consider a request for increased funding only at the dates for grant allocations.
