The administrator shall consider subsequent loan requests by a district according to the following criteria: (1) The process as defined in §§ 12:07:10:03 to 12:07:10:06, inclusive; (2) The limit in § 12:07:10:08; (3) A review of existing loan status and performance; and (4) Payoff of the borrower's outstanding loan principal and interest.
