The test to determine the percentage of germination must be completed within the following periods exclusive of the calendar month in which the test was completed: (1) Agriculture seed 9 months (2) Lawn and turf seed 15 months (3) Vegetable seed 12 months (4) Flower seed 12 months (5) Tree and shrub seed 9 months (6) Seed in hermetically sealed containers 36 months
