bunt quarantine. The secretary shall quarantine this state or each portion of this state that is infested with Karnal bunt. Less than the entire state may be designated as a Karnal bunt quarantine area only if the secretary determines that designating less than the entire state as a quarantine area will prevent the spread of Karnal bunt.
