storage and disposal procedures. No person may dispose of or store or receive for disposal or storage any pesticide or pesticide container or pesticide container residues as follows: (1) So as to cause or allow open dumping of pesticides or pesticide containers; (2) So as to cause or allow open burning of pesticides or pesticide containers; (3) So as to cause or allow water dumping; (4) So as to cause or allow pesticides to be stored next to food or other articles intended for consumption by humans or animals.
