of pesticide containers and residues. All pesticide containers that have been triple rinsed shall be disposed of according to one or more of the following procedures: (1) Return to the manufacturer for reuse, recovery of resources, or reprocessing into other materials; (2) In accordance with the "Storage and Disposal" section of the label for the pesticide being disposed; (3) Collection by the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resource's pesticide container recycling program; or (4) Burial in a permitted municipal solid waste landfill, in accordance with state and federal solid waste laws.
