Commercial applicators using pesticides in the control of rodents not in or around structures must be certified for rodent pest control on agricultural land. Licensed applicators in this classification must be certified and licensed to use any pesticide. Certification in this category does not authorize the use of products for fumigation listed in § 12:56:04:12.02.
