Aerial commercial applicators using pesticides on lands used in the production of agricultural commodities, including grains, soybeans, forage, vegetables, small fruits, tree fruits, and nuts, or on grasslands, non-crop agricultural lands, or on rights-of-way, must be certified for agricultural plant pest control or rights-of-way, or both, as applicable. Licensed applicators in this classification must be certified and licensed to use any pesticide.
