12:56:05:04.06Additional standards for certification in aquatic pest control.

In addition to meeting the general standards set forth in § 12:56:05:04 or 12:56:05:04.17, applicators seeking certification in aquatic pest control must demonstrate practical knowledge regarding: (1) The characteristics of various aquatic use situations; (2) The potential for adverse effects on non-target plants, fish, birds, beneficial insects, and other organisms, in the immediate aquatic environment and downstream; and (3) The principles of limited area application.
