12:56:18:02Containers acceptable for recycling.

Pesticide containers acceptable for recycling must: (1) Be triple-rinsed or equivalent; (2) Consist of high density polyethylene plastic; (3) Contain no visible pesticide residue inside or outside of the container; (4) Contain no more than 0.5 fluid ounces of clear water; (5) Be delivered without a lid and with paper labels removed from the container; and (6) Have a capacity that does not exceed fifty-five gallons. The secretary may authorize the recycling of intermediate bulk container totes if program funding is available.
