reports. The following are the submission and completion dates of reports required of the board: (1) The yearly report shall be submitted on a form approved by the commission to the state weed and pest coordinator by January 31; (2) The report of the annual inspection shall be submitted on a form approved by the commission to the state weed and pest coordinator by November 1. The report shall be made available to the public by November 1; (3) The program for the control of noxious weeds and declared pests shall be submitted on a form approved by the commission to the state weed and pest coordinator by April 1.
