fee. Each licensed processor shall remit monthly a harvest fee of one dollar per processed carcass if the carcass or any processed products of the carcass will be marketed or sold as SOUTH DAKOTA CERTIFIEDTM beef or SOUTH DAKOTA CERTIFIEDTM natural beef products.
