suspension. If the commissioner finds that the acts or omissions of the licensee in violation of the act, this article, or the licensing agreement have put the integrity of any program or the public health, safety, or welfare at material risk of imminent harm, the commissioner may enter an order summarily and immediately suspending the license. The order shall: (1) State the grounds for suspension of the license; (2) Include a finding that the acts or omissions of the licensee in violation of SDCL chapter 1-53, this article, or the licensing agreement have put the integrity of any program or the public health, safety, or welfare at material risk of imminent harm; and (3) State the effective date of the suspension.
