of raw milk for human consumption -- Customer list. Producers engaged in the selling of raw milk for human consumption shall maintain records of the consumers who purchase raw milk for human consumption. The records shall contain the consumer name, phone number, and date of sale. Records shall be maintained for a period of 90 days.
