20:01:12:03Standards for previously-owned manufactured

homes constructed on or after June 15, 1976. All previously-owned manufactured homes constructed on or after June 15, 1976, which are moved into or relocated within the state must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions. The manufactured home installer must install a tie-down system in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions within 180 days after the date of delivery. If no manufacturer's instructions are available, installation and anchoring must be in accordance with § 20:01:12:04.
