Within 10 days after receipt of a commission decision, a party to the hearing may file with the commission a petition to review its decision. The commission, in its discretion, may deny the petition, order a rehearing, or direct other proceedings. Upon rehearing or other proceedings, the commission may affirm, reverse, or modify its earlier decision. Notice of the commission's decision on the petition to review must be served by mail on the petitioner and affected parties.
