20:04:01:37Information to be furnished by licensee.

If a change in the ownership or financial interest in a license occurs, a licensee must report to the commission the full name and address of each person, including lending agencies, who has a right to share in the pari-mutuel revenues, or who has an interest or share in the profits of a license has been pledged or hypothecated as security for a debt or deposited as a security for the performance of an act or to secure the performance of a contract of sale. The report shall be submitted within 30 days after any change in the ownership or financial interest occurs.
