20:04:13:31.01License application through Association of

Racing Commissioners International. An individual, partnership, or corporation applying for a license under Pub L No. 100-413, the Parimutuel Licensing Simplification Act of 1988, (August 22, 1988) through the Association of Racing Commissioners International shall complete that application form as provided. The commission may require any additional applicant information it considers necessary prior to granting approval for a license in this state.
