- Changes to Racing and Gaming RulesEffective
The stewards shall announce their placing decisions without delay and shall have the numbers of the first four horses displayed in the order of their finish. Their decisions are final, unless objection to the winner or any horse placed within the purse is made and sustained. This rule does not prevent the stewards from correcting a mistake.
