20:04:21:16Information to be furnished by corporations.

Corporations racing horses in South Dakota shall furnish the following information to the commission and judges: (1) A statement giving the names of all persons connected with the corporation, including officers, directors, and stockholders; (2) A certificate stating that no person connected with the corporation, including officers, directors, or stockholders, has any beneficial interest in a horse or horses running in his name or in a person or persons racing at the same track where the corporation-owned horse or horses are running; (3) The name of one individual, preferably an officer, who acts as agent for the corporation.
