20:04:24:41Officials may require proof that a horse's owner

is not disqualified. The racing officials may require any person in whose name a horse is entered to produce proof that the horse entered is not the property either wholly or in part of a person who is disqualified or to produce proof of the extent of his interest or property in the horse. If proof is not given to their satisfaction, the racing officials may declare the horse out of the race.
