20:04:25:28Time limit for parade.

After entering the track the horse shall not consume more than 12 minutes in the parade of the horses to the post except in cases of unavoidable delay. After passing the stand once, horses may break formation and canter, warm up, or go as they please to the post unless otherwise directed by the stewards. When horses have reached the post, they shall be started without unnecessary delay.
