20:04:25:31After entering the track, dismounting by jockeys

prohibited. After the horses enter the track, no jockey may dismount and no horse may have the care of an attendant without consent of the stewards or the starter. The horse must be free of all hands other than those of the jockey, assistant starter, or other person authorized by § 20:04:20:78 to assist with the start before the starter releases the barrier.
