20:04:28:10Stewards to eject disqualified persons.

The stewards may exclude or eject from all premises and enclosures of the association a person who is disqualified for corrupt practices on the turf in any other state or country unless the commission, after hearing, authorizes the person to be licensed. They may also exclude or eject any other persons whose actions they consider improper.
