The charge in any jurisdiction of a licensee with a felony or with a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude is grounds for disciplinary action. The commission may find the licensee guilty of a violation of this article on the facts of the criminal charge even though the licensee has been acquitted on the criminal charge.
